About Me

Me, Myself, and I: Stephen Miller, Managing Director, established Miller Hospitality in 2003 to provide a specialised range of services to the hospitality sector, providing "Real Life Hospitality" solutions in the following areas: Recruitment and Retention, Bespoke Training and Assisting the Development of their clients' business to increase profits and sales.

After working in many fine establishments around the world he ended up in one of the Sean Quinn's Hotels in Co. Kildare under the guidance of Niall Duff then General Manager, where he was employed as Food and Beverage/ Assistant Manager to oversee and assist in the running of the hotel as part of the management team.

Stephen believes that persistence, persistence and even more persistence is what it takes to run your own business and No means not just yet.

Being happy in what you do in work is not work but enjoyment, bringing happiness to others by adding value and real life experience to their relationship.
