What would you look like as an animation

Hi guys....I'm a fully trained and ITEC accredited Make Up Artist based in Carlow at the moment but am free to travel anywhere. Trained in all of the mentioned areas Special Effects, Fashion & Photographic, Theatre, Basic make up and Period Looks.

If anyone needs any advice or to make an appointment for make up whether it be for a party, debs, wedding or fancy dress you can leave me a comment or private mail with your details and i will contact you as soon as I can to confirm.

Some questions I've been asked......hope this is of some use and keep them coming guys ;) xxx
1. Never apply face powder or foundation before applying moisturizer or hydrating cream....large pores will seem bigger and fine lines, wrinkles and small pimples will be more visible. Skin can be easily irritated also. 2. Never use too bright makeup to make your face look flawless....it may make fine lines and imperfections more visible. Instead use a small amount of your skin tone foundation and apply a peachy face powder over it using a large powder brush. 3. Never apply a foundation or face powder only to the face....especially with darker shades. Its a recipe for disaster and will leave your face looking like a mask!!! Dampen a make up sponge and apply a small amount to the neck area and absorb excess amount with a tissue. 4. Never apply a creamy blush over a face powder....it will either look cakey or you'll be left with 2 bright clown cheeks. Use powder blush with a powdered face and a creamy blush with a creamy face before applying powder. 5. Never outline your lips with darker lip liner....it just looks terrible when any of the lipstick wears off Use a liner in a colour thats close to your own lip shade. 6. Yes, you can use your lipstick as blush, but dont apply it directly, for obvious reasons lol Dab it only lightly with your finger, and blend until you achieve a natural colour.

*CHRISTMAS PARTY MAKE UP TIPS*
- Forget the natural look. Ditch boring beige and brown and say no to those nude shades. The party season is all about daring to have fun with colour - There are no hard and fast rules about which colours to use so long as they are bright.... - Concealer can change your life. It can make dark circles disappear and make you look like you've had eight hours of sleep when you've only had three Look for a yellow-based concealer a shade or two lighter than your skin tone - One of the biggest problems with party looks is how to maintain them through the night with minimum effort...... FOUNDATION use a loose powder over foundation to "set" your make up this will help your makeup stay locked in place EYES make sure to press powder using a puff onto eye area after concealing so there's a base for your eyeshadow LIPS the best way to achieve long wear is to create a surface on which to apply lip colour. Try filling in the entire lip using a neutral lip pencil and then apply lipgloss on top

*Choosing Foundation**
Ensure you are in natural daylight when trying out foundation colours, so you can see exactly how your skin will look once you leave the shop. Select a couple of shades to try, which look as though they will match your skin. DO NOT try foundation on your hand or on your wrist - they are a different colour than your face. Stroke a little colour onto your jawline to ensure you get a tone that will blend with your neck as well as your face. THE SHADE THAT SEEMS TO DISAPPEAR INTO YOUR SKIN IS THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOU!!!!!

	Ross Costigan I know. The lads have finally finished the artwork, I've seen it and it looks pretty damn awesome. I'll send you on the rough mock-ups now. They've all fecked off to a festival in Germany but as soon as they're back they'll be unveiling it! Which means we can finally get the shots online! YAY! It's only been a couple of feckin months! Sorry about the huge delays. I'm heading off on holidays on Sunday for a week but after that I've got some shoots planned, maybe we could put our heads together on them and come up with something nasty!?
