KIDS IN GLASS HOUSES are Aled (vocals), Joel (guitar), Iain (guitar), Shay (bass) and Phil (drums). Founded in 2004 and hailing from Cardiff, Wales in the UK, they came to the attention of record labels after penning and self releasing their killer EP 'E-POCALYPSE' in 2006 and touring with the likes of Lostprophets and Cute Is What We Aim For and getting slots at festivals such as Reading / Leeds, Download and Hyde Park Calling. Not only that, but the guys reached number 3 in NME's Hot New Bands poll and won Best Unsigned Band in Kerrang! in 2007.

After all this relentless touring, accolades and putting together some amazing new demos, the band finally secured a deal with label Roadrunner Records in December 2007 and are now set to release their debut album SMART CASUAL on May 26th.

“I absolutely cannot wait for people to hear it,” says Aled, “I’m a bit nervous that they won't like it, but I think they will,” affirming with a mischievous, knowing grin...

    the tour kicked off last night in Edinburgh and by all accounts it was a darn fine bit of a shindig!!!

  • NEW VIDEO FOR FISTICUFFS TO PREMIER ON KERRANG.COM

    The new video for single FISTICUFFS will be premiering TONIGHT (01/10) on www.kerrang.com!

    It wont hit TV screens until Friday (03/10) so this will be your FIRST EVER chance to get a glimpse of the new video! MAKE SURE YOU HEAD OVER AND CHECK IT OUT!!!!

    Aaaaaand as the premier is online, if you were were one of the lucky lucky people who were selected to be in the crowd for the video, you will be able to watch it over and over again to see if you can see yourself! WOO!

    The single will be out on the 3rd November and will be available as a digital single only. It will come with a brand new version re-mixed by Sam Wire. You'll be able to pick it up on all the usual 'platforms' (ooh er) such as iTunes, 7Digital n' all them.
