| Sometimes I love the feeling of writing 'what I know' like the experience of being near a wild highland oxen, or a real jousting tournament where 'knights' on Frisians battle and test their skill.
My Father is of Scot descent. My Grandfather came from Ireland. My husband is Welsh. I love to draw from the people I know to fill in my characters. I have spend many long afternoons driving through the hills along Huron discussing how a Laird would act if his bride did not understand her 'place' as the mistress of a manor, or what a highlander would do if confronted with a wilful woman who offered her heart - no strings attached. Katherine Hunter says: "We are tearing the walls down on our house. I can look right out the walls in some places. I have no storage. I can't wait until the insulat" (40 weeks ago) me too! | Reply | | Films | | Elizabeth The Golden Age, Rob Roy, A Christmas Carol, The Firm, Shawshank Redemption, Frankenstein (1994), Joan of Arc, 13th warrior | | | Sports | | Dressage | | | Happiest When | | Lounging in my garden. I was so pleased that coffee time gave me 3 cups for a 'sweet' romance. That is wonderful. You can read my review at my bebo lens for the book - or

I have started to upload 'extra' segments from my book into the bebo 'official' site for The Pledge. I am adding more parts of the story, actual chapter segements that were not published in the novel.
