Gym Refurbisment
Hi All

Please see the photos section for pics of the gym refurb. It's looking good, and almost there but still a work in progress. We aim to make the THE gym in Scotland and there are still a few bits and pieces need done. I am in negotiations to get the space adjacent for a weights and conditioning centre but it WILL take time. We now have our full sized competition ring up for sparring all the time, A sauna, showers, changing facilities and one of the best equipped gyms in the country. Add that to some of the best and most experiences coaches around and team management second to none. Anyone wishing to join the gym, whether a novice who has never laced a glove or a Champion looking for the unique opportunitities and managment our dedicated staff can provide, contact John.

      No. im workin nightshift till march though. 7.45pm -6am. My mate has a mauy tia gym so hes goin to open it for me and lett me spar and train with him so i get my sharpnss back and keep my finess up. So it wont be as hard t get back into the boxing when i come of nightshift. Hows all the boys in the gym doin?
