Just finished making Bebo Skin: Blue Stars.
Anyone who's interested:
Used:
* Distort --> Polar Coordinates, for larger starbursts.
* Text "*" for smaller stars which I then converted to a layer.
Pretty basic stuff. I'd say, good for my first Bebo skin.
