ONE: Caroline watched her younger sister who was still obviously in denial. Caroline knew that this was going to stay the same, Serena being in denail. Even after she spoke to Serena. Sighing softly to herself, she bit down roughly on her bottom lip, unsure on what to say or what to do. It was hard to fix something, when you had absolutely no idea what you were doing, or what you could do to make things better. She felt bad for her younger sister. But what was there that she could do? Besides compel Serena.. She shook her head before pushing her blonde hair out of her eyes. She watched her look down at her charm, and that was when Serena appeared to break down, realizing everything. She frowned to herself before she watched how Serena was acting. It wasn't good, at all. She broke down like Caroline knew she would.

TWO: It would only be a matter of time before Serena broke down completely. She had to think quick, or things wouldn't end good. Caroline couldn't allow her baby sister to go through this pain. It was breaking Caroline's heart, just looking at her right now. Caroline rushed over to Serena when she dropped on the ground, falling onto her knee's as well. She wrapped her arms around her waist, grabbing her chin gently. She pulled so she would look up into her eyes. She took in a deep breath before she decided to start compelling Serena, it was the only thing Caroline could think of doing right now. "Serena you are heart broken over Jeremy's death. Nothing will be the same. But you will be okay. You remember all the good times you had with Jeremy and the rest of us, and you know that he is in a better place.

THREE: He will no longer have to deal with all the dangers, and you know that he is always looking down on you protecting you. And this puts you at ease, calms you. You let your older sister help you and you guys bond more, because you know she loves you, and wants nothing but the best for you," Caroline brought her finger up to her eyes, clearing the tears from her eyes. She smiled once she was done, before she pulled away slightly. Caroline was hoping that this would work. It had to work. She remembered people doing this before. Like when Damon compelled Jeremy. That was such a long time ago, but it would help. If not Caroline would ask for Damon to compel her, someone who was stronger. She might not even ask Damon, she would probably go to Elijah or Klaus. Probably Elijah, he would understand more. Her eyes widened when she thought of Elijah.

FOUR: That was it. Elijah would be able to speak to her. To help her calm down, if this compelling didn't work. Pulling her cell phone out, Caroline texted Elijah. She let him know everything that happened. She also told him how she compelled Serena, and if it didn't work that she would need his help. Once she was done with her text message Caroline put her cell phone back in her pocket, before allowing her eyes to rest on Serena now. She was unsure if she would speak or not, or if she was okay or not. Caroline closed her eyes for a few seconds, before she opened her mouth to speak. "Serena, do you want me to get you something to drink? Or eat? When was the last time you ate? I can make you something." Caroline opened her eyes once she was done, biting down roughly on her bottom lip. She felt her phone vibrate in her pants, so she knew that it was Elijah texting her back.

FIVE: Caroline wasn't worrying about her phone right now though. If it was Elijah, then he would understand why. The blonde took in a deep breath before she wrapped her arms around Serena, hoping that she would say something. Anything, so Caroline could know what to do next. "I love you Serena. I'll be here for you. No matter whatever you need."
