Hypocrisy is a blackened death metal band from Sweden. It was formed in 1990 in Stockholm, Sweden by Peter Tägtgren. The lyrics in their early stages were anti-Christian and Satanic, but are now focused on lyrical themes such as the paranormal and extraterrestrial. The band's former blackened death metal style has drifted from a traditional death metal sound on their early albums to a more melodic death metal sound later on. Their latest album, Virus, contains lyrics of a more typical death metal nature, dealing with violence, insanity, war, drug addiction, and emotional struggles. Bassist Mikael Hedlund, former drummer Lars Szöke and Peter Tägtgren were also involved in War, a black metal band.

    Our sincere apologies to all of you who weren't contacted, before they were removed as a band member, moderator or before their band profile was removed.

    In advance Bebo checked the respective profiles that were being taken over by Nuclear Blast Records for inactivity. The policy of Bebo prohibits taking over active profiles without contacting the creator. So any profile, which was taken over without any notice to the creator, has not been accessed in a period longer than 3 months.
    In case our assumptions concerning the inactivity of your profiles were wrong, again our apologies to everybody, affected by this step.

    We hope you can understand the label's obligation to our artists, to maintain their copyrights and publicity. Hands down, you have made the biggest step of all, by creating really successful and beautiful Bebo profiles. Thank you very much, as well on behalf of our artists.       I have entire Hypocrisy discog but I am missing one song. I couldn't get ahold of the Inferior Devoties EP anywhere! So I tried downloading each track.
