Did you know its celiac awareness week at the end of this month?

Should be good to see gluten intolerance and Coeliac Diseases getting published more in the media.

I just got an email from the coeliac Society saying that there is signage going out to doctors and hospitals to help raise awareness and knowledge about issues with food allergies and gluten.

Theres nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable in you're own skin, I got coeliacs when i turned 19 and it took 18 months to find out what it was, now being gluten free for almost 6 months has had its highs and lows but i'm so much happier to be sleeping normally and feeling so much better and healthier.
