Theres nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable in you're own skin, I got coeliacs when i turned 19 and it took 18 months to find out what it was, now being gluten free for almost 6 months has had its highs and lows but i'm so much happier to be sleeping normally and feeling so much better and healthier.
HEY GUYS.
YOUR NOT ALONE x
i was studying and remmbering ever single thing i read. in the past week since i stopped eating gluten iv dropped 5 kgs and my stomach has gone complety flat.
i feel on top of the world and its all because of gluten.
all those symptons listed previlusy complelty disspaered.
then on saturday night i accidently had a slice of normaly bread and then next day i woke upp feeling terrible. 4 day later of no gluten and again i felt great.
