  • UK Premiere: Gentlemen Broncos (12A)

Showing on Monday 15th February 8.15pm
    Director: Jared Hess
    Genre: More than a comedy

Benjamin is an aspiring writer whose ideas are stolen by a fantasy novelist, hysterically played by Flight of the Conchords’ Jemaine Clement, and then made into a disastrous low-budget film. An immensely funny and quotable film from the creators of Napoleon Dynamite.

  • This week's film reveiws by Megan.

    Krabat (15) tbc
This German black magic movie focus around a young boy ,Krabat , orphaned by the great plague who, is called upon in his dream's by the 'Master' to escape his poverty and begging by coming to live with him in a mill. But this opportunity of hope is soon exposed as something very sinister when the 12 other men and boys living in the mill are frequently taken away to 'classes' by the 'Master'. Only when he is truly excepted into the cult does he learn the full extend of the 'Masters' powers.
A thrilling movie with mild horror and a addictive story line.

Once Upon A Time In Rio (tbc)
A Mexican Romeo and Juliet style love story about a poor street boy who falls in love with the 'princess' across the street from his kiosk. As he observes her in her window off her apartment in the rich complex his desire goes unrewarded till a chance meeting on the beach . But all does not go smoothly for these two lovers-with the boys home life array and the girls disapproving father-will there love be enough?
A heart touching romance with bloody twists.

    William Shakespeare Romeo and Juliet
The original of the tragic love stories made current for the big scene and DVD, will these star-cross lovers lives every be the same?
