- Why not join the Foyle Hospice skydiving team and do a tandem parachute jump from 13, 000 feet, if that doesnt give you a buzz free falling from a plane towards the ground at 100+mph, we'd have to check your pulse.

- Join us on Tyne Side at the worlds biggest half marathon ! 50, 000 runners and walkers taking over the streets of Newcastle, crossing the famous Tyne brigde on route to Southshields. 13 miles of pure pleasure.

Hey all.....
If your not busy this Sunday 10th Aug, we are organising a 5 Mile Walk or 10 Mile Walk on Sunday from Macons Bar Claudy to raise Money for the Foyle Hospice. Its only £10 to take part and should be a bitta craic. If you wanna take part contact me or call into Macons for the registration form. Starts 1pm Macons!
