BACK TO THE DURSLEYS

A tear came down Harry's face as he sat in the back of Dursley's car.
Harry just left Platform 9-3/4,and it seemed that many Hogwart's students were sad at the death of Dumbledore.

The Order Of Phonix was following them home.
Mr.Weasley had his car back that Harry,and Ron had droven so many years before.

Harry had nothing to say on the ride home.He decided noone would care if he did talk about it.
Aunt Petunia seemed concern as if she new what was going on.
She looked back at Harry,and the look he got told him he could talk to her.

When they got back to number four privite drive Harry went stright to his room.

After a while Harry looked out his window and saw Dudley walking down the street.
Dudley looked up at Harry,and gave a wave.
Harry left his room.He knew if anything happen to him he could not forgive himself.
When he left the house Dudley was already down the street.

Harry caught up with Dudley,and to his surprise Dudley did not seem to mind.



"What's wrong Harry?"Dudley asked.



"You would not care."Harry replied."I'm just following you to make shure you dont get hurt."



"Look,Harry We may never have gotten along before,but after you saved my life that one time I fell that I own you one."Dudley replied.



"There Is nothing you can do for me."Harry said."This is about are world."



"Those things that attack us...Did he send them?Dudley asked.Then added,"The guy that killed your parent's I mean."



"The guy that killed my parent's is named Voldemort,and he has returned."Harry said.
"He wants to kill me,and muggles."



"That would be me...a muggle?"Dudley asked.



"Yes,and he had one of his followers kill our headmaster Albus Dumbledore."Harry said.



"Is there something I could do to help your people?"Dudley asked.



"Your dad wouldn't allow it if he could."Harry said.



"This is a battle between good,and evil."Dudley said.



"That don't mean a thing."Harry said.



There was a short pause.Harry knew things had changed between them.
Dudley wanted to help.Harry noticed aunt Petunia seemed concerned about Harry as he was coming home.
The windy blue sky started to turn a dark black as the wind picked up.
Harry went for his wand quickly,and Dudley jumped back when Harry pulled out his wand.



"It's him,right?"Dudley asked."It is realy him."



"Calm down,Dudley."Harry said.



There was a poping noise,and someone had called Harry's name.



"Who's there?"Harry asked with his wand pointed at the shaddow."



"Miss.Figg."She answered."Are you two o'kay?"



"She is a witch to?"Dudley asked.



"Squib."Miss figg responded.



At that moument six death eaters appeared at the park they were at.
Harry knew his protection was wearing off,and now it could only last while he was inside the Dursley's home.



"Potter!"Snape yelled."Come with me now!



"I will kill you!Harry yelled.



Harry pointed his wand at who he thought might be Snape.
He did not want to miss,and get the wrong person.
Miss.Figg,and Dudley was still there.

There was a a bang as if someone had gotten hit.



"Lumos."Harry yelled.



The light flashed on Snape lyeing on the ground.Dudley had hiten him with a large stone.



"Avada Ked---"Snape started to yell.



"Expelliarmus."Harry yelled.



Snape's wand went flying,and Dudley was tooken by two death eaters.



Miss.Figg hit one death eater with her purse,and another with her bag of can food.



The death eater disarmed her.A closer look told harry that the death eater was Augustus Rookwood.

Evan Rosier pulled out his wand.



"Avada Kedvara."He yelled.



Miss.Figg fell backwords.

Harry saw more death eaters coming.The malfoys were walking towards him,but he new with the protection they cant kill him.

Snape must of read his mind,because he wispered something to Bellatrix Lestrange.

Voldemort had told them earlyer not to kill Harry,but only to catch him.
Sence there is protection they cant take him,but they knew they still could hurt him if they wanted to.


Harry looked around to find Dudley,and saw a cat,and dog guarding him.

Harry knew that the cat was Proffessor Mcgonigall,and the dog was his godfather Sirus Black.
It cant be Sirus,He died.
Harry couldn't take his eye's off the dog.

Snape must of notice to becase he said something to Bellatrix Lestrange,and they all left.



"Harry what was that about?"dudley yelled.



"They were death eaters."Harry said."If Proffessor Mcgonigall,and my god father were not here they would of attacked."



"What there is noone......"Dudley started.



Sirus black took his human form again,and Proffessor Mcgonigall also took her form.



"Wow!"Dudley said."That was cool."



"Harry,You have to stay home."Sirus demanded."The protection nolonger works if you leave the house."



"They have a way around it?"harry asked."I only left to watch him."

Harry could not belive his eye's.His god father stood infrount of him.

Dudley looked over at Miss.Figg.He was shure she was dead,but could not control himself from asking.



"Is she......Dead?"Dudley asked.



"Yes,she is."Mcgonigall answered."We ask if you could also stay at home."



"Yes.I will."Dudley said."Can I help anyone fight these people?"



"You are no chance for them."Sirus said."We know magic,and still are no chance for them."



"Voldemort would have you dead quick,Dudley."Harry said."Let's go home."



Harry looked up at Sirus.



"How did you come back?"harry asked.



"It is hard to explain."Sirus said."I never died.I fell into a area that you will be traped in."


"But how did you get out?"Harry asked.



They started to walk home as Sirus filled Harry end on infomation about the new coin they had made.

Sirus handed Harry a coin,and book.
According to the book the coin tracks all deth eaters,dark objects,andimals,and Animagus.
The coin also lets people know weither a member is hurt,killed,traidor,ect.

The coin also knows where all elfs,goblins,and other magical creaters are,and tells you which side they are on.

There was a page for the color code.

Each member of The order Of Phonix,and The D.A will have a coin.
Each coin will know everything about that person.
noone can use another persons coin,and each coin gives a protection in that persons house.

To alert all members just say something into the coin followed by the color,and every member should receive the message.
Some colors will work only on some coins to alert others if they are under spells,or traidors.

Each member are tracked by the coin,so if one is lost the others will find them.
The coin gives all locations to every member.

The color codes are the following:

White: normal. each coin should be white with there name,and marking of which group.
Red: one of the groups are in battle.
Light Red: there may be a possible battle
Dark Red: unknown death eater,or death eaters up to something.stand by for battle.
Blue: some member is injured
Dark Blue: more than one member injured
Light Blue: member has been sent to St.Mungo's hospital
Green: member under the imperio spell
Dark Green: member useing polyjuice potion
Light Green: Animagus
Orange: death eater
Yellow: traidor
Pink: members working for death eaters
Gray: wearewolf,vampire, working for voldemort
Black: member or members dead
Brown: harry potter needs help
Purple: change of plan
Light purple: D.A. meeting
dark purple: Order Of Phonix Meeting


The coin can tell you who are members,and who are traidors by saying there name in the coin.
The coin is a wizard Dictionary.
They alert us of new spells,potions,and more.



"We should of gave you muggle studies teacher one."Sirus said."Charity Burbage went missing today."



"Dont forget about professor Bathsheda Babbling."Proffessor Mcgonigall said."She was are Ancient Runes teacher."



This explained everything.Someone had said his name to find the body,and the coin showed he was still alive.A simple accio spell would get him out of the area he was traped.



"That is not all."Sirus said."We created a map like the one of Hogwarts."



"This map tells us everything about Hogwarts,and other wizard buildings."Mcgonigall said."Like St.Mungo's hospital,and askaban."



"It also dose everything the coin dose."Sirus said."We have been working on it for six months."



"Were one up."Harry said."We can beet them."



Harry got home,and to his surprise there were Order Of phonix members all around.



"We sent Arthur Weasley to pick up Miss.Figgs remains."Mad Eye Moody said."He has the other Weasley boy's with him."



Harry wanted to know what everone was planing to do.
At that moument his question was answered.



"Harry,what did you,and Dumbledore talk about before he died?"Proffesor Mcgonigall asked.



"That is between me,and him."Harry said.


"And me!"Hermonie said.



Harry looked over,and Hermonie,gennie,luna,and,Neville was standing in the corner by the fire place.

Harry wanted to say something to Gennie,but knew it was best he didnt.He felt alot of feelings for her,but he knew he was right for what he did a couple hours ago.
Gennie seemed upset about the break up.She had a tear going down her cheek.



"We followed you,so we could see what you wanted to do."Hermonie said."About you-know-what."



Hermonie couldn't help it.She felt she had to talk code just so everone else would be more interested.



"The order just finished the coins,we came as soon as we herd what happen."Sirus said.


Mr.Weasley walked in the house with Miss.Figgs body.
When he first walked in, nineteen wands were pointed at him until they relised who he was.

Proffessor Slughorn walked over by Proffesor Sprout,and proffessor Flitwick.
He said something to them,and they noded.
Proffesor Sprout pulled out some coins,and handed them to Proffessor Slughorn.



"These will be given to all members of The D.A."Slughorn said as he handed them the coins.



"Anyone over 17 that is a D.A. member can join The Order Of The Phonix,and are infomation will be shared with you,Harry."Lupin said.



"I am in."Harry said."Whose's in charge now?"



"Proffessor Mcgonigall."Mad Eye moody said.



"Where is the Dursleys?"Harry asked.



"We are explaining things to you uncle Vernon.he has a hard time understanding."Lupin said.
"Mundungus Fletcher,Sturgis Podmore,Nymphadora Tonks,and Kingsley Shacklebolt are in there now.



"Dose Aunt petunia understand?"Harry asked.



"She never told you?"Sirus asked.



"Told me what."Harry demanded.



"Harry,your aunt is a witch."Proffessor Mcgonigall said."She was expelled in her six year for playing a joke on Snape that injured him."



"Ever wonder why James,and Snape never got along?"Sirus asked.



"Why?"Harry asked.



"Both Snape's mom,and Lily's dad died in a spell explosion."Sirus said."Lily's mom,and Snape's dad got married a year later."



"Harry,Snape is you uncle."Lupin said."There is some unknow connection between the two familys,which means neither of you can ever kill eacher."



"What did she do to,Snape?"Harry asked.



"That we will not tell him,Sirus."Mrs.Weasley demanded.



"I have a right to know."Harry said.



"Snape had a thing for your mom,and she turned him down sence they were related."Sirus said.
"Snape was jealous of james,and Lily never liked James for the way he treated Snape."



"After awhile Lily,and james had a thing for eacher."Lupin said.



"I WILL NOT HAVE YOUR PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE TELLING ME WHAT TO DO! vernon yelled.
"I DEMAND YOU TO LEAVE AT ONCE!"



"There is no need to yell."Nymphadora Tonks said.



"I WILL NOT BE TOLD WHAT TO DO BY A ...... BY YOUR KIND."vernon yelled.



lupin ran into the room,and the door shut.
Harry's mind was raceing,and he wonder just what he needed to do.



"Will you be coming back to school?"Proffessor Slughorn asked.



"No."Harry said."I have some stuff I must do."



"Were going to."Gennie said.



"No your not."Harry said.


"Harry,everone knows we were dateing."Gennie said."Draco proubly told every death eater."



"I have lost everyone that was ever close to me."Harry said."I wont lose you."



"They will come after me anyway,Harry."Gennie said."Just like they will come after hermonie,and ron."



"Were in this together,Harry."Neville said."That is what The D.A. is about,right?"



"We will go with you,Harry."Hermonie said."I contacked all D.A. member's,and they said they would help in any way."



"If we go it will be us only."Harry said.



Sirus looked up hopeing to be inclueded,but harry was only pointing at Hemonie,Ron,Gennie, neville, and luna.



"What about us?"Fred asked.



"You can help The Order Of Phonix."Harry said."The order Of Phonix will be to busy with other stuff.Charity Burbage needs to be found."



"Fair enough,but we will be first to line up when you need us."George said.



Harry took the others upstairs,so he could tell them what he planded to do.
The whole time he was telling them about the horcruex's Fred,and George were out side with there newer device that they had.
It was a ear that attached to the door,and it would acho what they were saying,so everone could here.


Down stairs petunia had told Vernon everything,and he slowly started to understand.


Harry was in middle of the story of what happen earlyer when Dooby pop on his bed.



"Harry Potter,sir."Dooby siad."before Dumbledore died he gave Dooby some infomation for you."

THE DARK LORD ASCENDING

A hoode figuar step forwards.He knew it was around this spot.
He pulled out his wand.



"Accio Dumbledore's tumb."he said.



Dumbledore's tumb rose out of the ground,and the hooded figuar steped forwards.
He open the tumb with another spell.and what he saw made him happy.



Dumbledore's wand was in his hand along with a small package.
This is just what the Dark Lord wanted.


He knew what this package was,because he was told to put it into Dumbledore's pocket with his wand if anything ever happen.



The Hooded man took the package,and wand as he laid his own dowm,and he put the package in a bag that could only be taken out by the one who put;s it in.



"Who's there?"Hagrid yelled."I'm warning you.I'm armed."



"Crucio."The hooded man yelled.



The spell did not effect Hagrid,because he was half giant.



"You better leave now."Hagrid yelled pulling out his coin."



The coin turn dark red,and Mad eye Moody appeared with Lupin,Sirus,and Mr.weasley.



The hooded figuar pointed his wand at Mr.Weasley.The spell he used was a Bat-Bogey Hex,and lupin ran to Mr.weasleys help.



"Expelliarmus."Mad eye yelled.



The hooded figuars wand went flying.



The dark figuared pulled out Dumbledore's wand.



"Expelliarmus."Mad eye yelled.



The hooded figuar ran towards his wand.mad eye blasted him with a spell.



The hooded figuar was geting up.He reached for hi hood,but everyone had already saw who he was.



Snape had picked up his wand,and was sending spells everywhere.



"Crucio"Snape yelled.



Mad Eye Moody was hit with the spell.



Mad Eye Moody ran towards Snape.Lupin was right behind him.



"“Impedimentum” Snape yelled.



They both were hit with the spell that caused them to slow down.
Sirus,and Mr.Weasley started to send Crucio spell's at Snape.



At that moument three death eaters appeared.
Alecto Carrow,Amycus Carrow,and Bellatrix Lestrange appeared.


Mr.Weasley pulled out his coin,and it turned red.
The order Of The Phonix was quick to respond.



"Avada Kedvra"Bellatrix yelled.



Dedalus Diggle fell backwords.
Bellatrix laughs could be herd while she ran towards Charlie.



"Avada Ked--"bellatrix started.



"Waddiwasi."Bill yelled.



bellatrix wand flew in the air.Mad Eye Looked around.
Snape had Lupin,Sirus,and Mr.Weasley tied up with tight rope.



Mr Ollivander who had just joined The Order Of The Phonix earlyer that day caught Snape with a trip jink.He then gave him a Twitchy Ears Curse whick caused Snape's ears to twitch uncontrollably.



There was a big explosion,and everone looked over at Hagrid's hut which was on fire.
While they were looking over there Draco steped up towards Mr.Ollivander,and gave him a unknown spell that caused him to freeze in spot while some unknown pain traveled threw his body.
Draco's new girlfriend steped forward.



"The Dark Lord want's him alive."emily said.



"We will take him to the Dark Lord."Lucius said.



Proffessor Mcgonigall was fighting two death eaters at once.
She was over powered.



Draco lefted up his sleave,and yelled:



"It is time.He is calling us."



The Death Eaters left taking Proffessor Mcgonigall,and Mr.Ollivander with them.
The Order Of Phonix had wonder how they were apparateing,and disapparateing on Hogwart's grounds.





The Minstery Of Magic was covered by Death Eaters,and was unknown by anyone inside.
TheY enter the building,and it had seemed empty for a plce that was heavy guarded.



"I had sent them to another part of the building."Fudge said."I also have The Minster Of Magic,
Rufus Scrimgeour with me."



"Good job,Fudge."Voldemort said."Dose anyone know who you are?"



"No,my lord."Fudge said."When we kill him I can take my job back.They think I retired."



"Stay to that story."Voldemort demanded."If they ask you wanted to come back,because you felt guilty for leaving."



"Is Draco's girlfriend still working in the Minstery?"Voldemort asked.



Emily steped forward.



"Me,and my parents work in the trail demartment."emily said."We transfored from the States.



"You will support The New pure-blood law that will take place in The Minstery Of Magic?"
Voldemort asked.



"Yes,my lord."Emily said.



"We also had kidnaped Proffessor Mcgonigall,and Mr.Ollivander."Draco said."We thought you may want to question Proffessor Mcgonnigall.



"You have been faithfull."Voldemort said."Nott Sr.,and Peter Pettigrew."



Nott Sr.,and Peter Pettigrew steped forward.



"Have you did you part of the job?Voldemort asked.



Wormtail looked nervious,but answered his master at once.



"Yes,my lord."Wormtail said."We have Nobby Leach,and Millicent Bagnold with us.Both formal Minsters Of Magic."



"Severus."Voldemort yelled."Give me the package."



Snape steped forwrd without a pause,and handed Voldemort the package.



"Today we will leave this package in The Minstry Of Magic."Voldemort said."Were could I put this?"



Rufus Scrimgeour refused to answer the question.



"Imperio."Voldemort said.



"Follow me."Rufus Scrimgeour said."There is a new shelf in The Minstery Of Magic."



This news did not seem to surprise Fudge.He had herd something about it.



They past a wall,and every preivious Minster Of Magic was on the wall.
Fudge saw His pitcher up there right after Nobby Leach,and Millicent Bagnold.
Between them was one of the greatest Minsters ever.
Zackery Black cousin of Sirus Black.
The date showed that he was in office between 1968-1980.
Then Millicent Bagnold followed his pitcher.
He was in office from 1980-1990.
Before Black was Nobby Leach his date showed he was in office from 1962-1968.
They were the only Minster's still alive.
Everone thought Zackery Black was dead after he went missing,but Fudge new his memory was erased,and he lived in caves somewhere in another country.
By now he was real sick,and close to death.



"Your a traidor,Fudge!"Faris Spavin portrait yelled."You will regreat it."



A spell hit the portrait,and he was blasted off.Many of the Portraits were taken down or cursed.
the only other two that remained were Artemisia Lufkin,and Grogan Stump.Between them were empty spaces of unknown Minsters.



The halls were empty,and the Minster seemed to know where he was going.
It was right by the spot Sirus was traped.
Fudge knew there were many people traped in there that were not dead.
The walked on towards the back of The Minstery Of Magic.
Fudge never used the back.
The room was as big as the room with the prophecys.There were thousand's of rows.
Each row had a hudge shelf.Each shelf had over thousands of doors.
There were names on each door to the shelf.
There were no handels,and each shelf had a protection spell.
On the walls around the shelfs were copy's of Minster Of Magic portraits.
There were also portraits of Minster's of other countrys.


There were also headmaster's of every wizard school.It was now a law that they have to have a portrait in The Minstery Of Magic.
Fudge saw Dumbledore's portrait looking down at him.



"This is the shelf."Rufus Scrimgeour said."The only person that can retreive the object is the one who put it end."



"What if it was destroyed like the time turrnels,and the prophecys?"Voldemort said.



"We have a protection spell on the shelf."Rufus Scrimgeour said."We also have spells to replace objects.The prophecys were all fixed.We keep record of everyone."



"Realy?"Voldemort said."I wonder what Harry Potter's prophecy said."



"I can not give that infomation."Rufus Scrimgeour said.



"Crucio."Voldemort yelled.



Rufus Scrimgeour yelled in pain as he laid on the ground.



"Imperio."Voldemort yelled.



This is what was said to my knowage." Rufus Scrimgeour said:"The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not... and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives... the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies..."



"Is that correct Fudge?"Voldemort asked.



"No it is not."Millicent Bagnold yelled."I was the Minster to,and I know everything that every prophecys have said."



He had seemed nervious,but he know had Voldemort's attechen.



"What else was said?"Voldemort yelled.



"I will tell you if you let Proffessor Mcgonigall,and Mr.Ollivander go."Millicent Bagnold said.



"You are in spot to make demands."Voldemort said."Wormtail bring me Charity Burbage."



Wormtail had brought her forwards.



"Dont kill me."Charity Burbage yelled."Snape help me.Your one of us!"



"Avada kedvara."Voldemort yelled.



Charity Burbage fell back dead,but her words were not forgotten.Many faces were now on Snape.



"She thought I was on there side."Snape said."We had decused this topic already,my lord."



"I trust you,Snape."Voldemort said."You are my most faithful servent."



Many death eaters were now mad as many of them thouth they were morw loyal.



"You had infomation Millicent Bagnold?"Voldemort asked.



"If I may."Snape cut in."I do belive he was lieing to free his friends."



"I was not!"Millicent Bagnold yelled.



"I think you were."Voldemort said."Do not lie to The Dark Lord."



Voldemort raised his wand.



"He is not lieing."Everard portrait yelled.



"Who are you?"Draco said."Dont dare talk to the Dark Lord like that."



"I am a formal Head Master of Hogwrts school,and a close friend to Dumbledore."



Everard portrait looked down at Millicent Bagnold,and hope he could come up with a lie to prevent another death.



"The prophecy was tapered with."Everard portrait said."They left out the part that neither Dark Lord could fight againts eacher,beacuse they would kill eacher."



This was doumb lie.he hoped it would work.
He looked down at Millicent Bagnold who was nooding in agreement.



"Fudge?"Voldemort asked.



"There was nothing else."Fudge said."Rufus Scrimgeour had given the correct infomation."



"Snape?"Voldemort asked.



"To my knowage that is everything."Snape said."I could always tourture Proffesor Trelawney
for infomation.She knew the whole prophecy."



"I do belive all the infomation was given."Voldemort said."Avada Kedavra."



Millicent Bagnold was nolonger alive.He had died before he hit the gound.



Draco cursed Everard portrait of the wall.



"We could always ask Dumbledore's portrait."Lucius Malfoy said."He had herd the whole prophecy from Proffesor Trelawney.Snape told me so."



Fudge showed them were the portrait was,but Dumbledore was nolonger there.



"Severus."Voldemort demanded."Put this in shelf 33 door 13."



"Yes,my lord."Snape answered.



Snape had taken the package,and placed it in the shelf.



"My lord,do you relise that only Severus can retreive this package."Fudge said."If anyone else tryed they could be realy injured,or died."



"Do you question the actions of The Dark Lord?"Voldemort asked.



"No,my lord."Fudge said."Im sorry."



"Crucio."Voldemort said."Snape will retreive this package if anything should happen to me."



They all wonder why The Dark Lord choose Snape.
They were better.
Voldemort must of read there mind,because he was now yelling.



"HOW THERE ANY OF YOU QUESTION THE DARK LORD."Voldemort said."SNAPE HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE VERY LOYAL,AND HE IS MY BEST DEATH EATER."



Dumbledore listen from his portrait without being seen.He herd every death eater scream in pain as Voldemort sent crucio spell on each of them in turn.



"Now we take over the minstery."Voldemort said."Fudge will now go back to The Minstery,and the rest of us will follow me to the Malfoy's house.



"We ahve no use for you two."Voldemort said."Avada Kedavra."



Dumbledore took a peck out of his portrait,and saw two formal Minster's bodys laying on the ground.



Nobby Leach,and Rufus Scrimgeour were dead.
