- I'll bet you've never heard of Dragon Booster. Well It's a Canadian CG television show that was discontinued in 2006. Bummer! Well that's ok because youtube has the episodes and I'm sure that you can find them on DVD somewhere. Any way, to get back on subject, this is a group where you can vent about it not being on N_E_more, talk about how cool it is, and any thing else you can think of. Oh, I almost forgot! There are also polls about the show and maybe a quiz or two to see how well you know it. Feel free to join and remember, we are all Booster fans here!

I myself am a fan and I want it back. It was one of the first CG shows and it is needed back on to show what good TV actually is. What do you think?1 Comment 44 weeks

DragonBooster1014/11/09I think the intro to Dragon Booster Academy would me better if they kept it the same as the first same seasons. although I like the part where Artha yells "No." That's pretty good. I can't wait to see the Academy season!!!

DragonBooster1014/10/09To all video viewers:
I apologize for some of the vids. They are from youtube and are not top quality so they black out in some areas. They are still good though. Again, I apologize. -
DragonBooster1014/9/09Quick fact:
Artha Penn's family members stem from Arthurian Legend. Artha Penn is from Arther Pendragon, Lance is from Sir Lancelot, and Moordryd is from Arthur's enemy. Connor means "wise one" or "one with wisdom".

Here is the section that I decided to put up about my character and dragon. Feel free to comment on this because I would like input on what you think and if you could see her in the show. By the way, here are links to Dragon Booster Wiki pages I made there:0 Replies 38 weeks

Jesamine Fey
Jesamine’s lineage comes from the Dragon-Human war 3000 years ago when a human called a sensitive aided the original Dragon Booster, Beaucephalis and the other Boosters of Draconium Colors. The sensitive would absorb mag energy if and when attacked with a mag attack and then give it to the Boosters to keep their stamina up making sure not to deplete her own energy. The sensitive could absorb all energy from any color draconium.
Sensitive

A sensitive is a person who is in tune with the mag energy of all animals and humans, much like a medium or psychic. This made them a strong team with their dragon. Sensitivity is inherited and usually shows up in females. It is rare that a male inherits this trait.
Being a sensitive has its advantages. You can get a feel of what a person is thinking by their feelings and when fully developed, read minds, talk to dragons and other animals directly and have mag energy move through you more easily. However, there are disadvantages. A great amount of pain from multiple entities can overwhelm a sensitive. Absorbing a great amount of mag energy from a substantially stronger foe can render the individual unconscious, unless properly trained, until there mag energy is restored. Also, many thoughts at once can overwhelm them just as pain can if the mind-reading power is developed and the individual is not prepared for the onslaught.
History

Jesamine’s mother, grandfather and great grandmother and grandfather were sensitives. Their skills were passed down and Amber Fey, Jesamine’s mother, put them in a journal for her to have when she was ready. When Jesamine was five, Daniel, her father, died from sickness and Daniel, her mother, took over her care. Her grandfather visited every now and then to see how her sensitivity was developing.
Daniel was the owner of a stable and small gear shop at the time. He would fix gear that would be brought to him and sold some of the gear that he made. His stable had at least one of every color dragon and Jesamine was often there to be with the dragons. She found they made the most interesting company and conversations.
At the age of 7, Jesamine got her first dragon, Blyss. She was a gold-boned star-class dragon but they couldn’t tell because as a hatchling, Blyss changed colors after she hatched. No one was in the stable when it happened because that was the same day Jesamine was born. Blyss had chosen her and no one knew. At the age of 10, she helped her father sell gear. She was very good at it too. The Fey gear Co. and Repair was the second leader in gear sales; just behind Paynn Industries. Just about everyone knew who she was.
When her mother let her, she would go to Penn Stables and hang out with Parmon Sean and Artha Penn. Parmon wasn’t always around so she and Artha became good friends. Beau found her to be the best company since she was the only one who could really understand him.
On her 15th birthday, her mother had given her the journal. She needed to stay to learn the extent of her abilities. Since her grandfather had passed two years earlier, she was pretty much on her own. Her mother helped her when she wasn't running the shop.
Not only did she need to learn her new found abilities, she also needed to help her mother with sales and deliveries. She did, however, manage to visit Penn Stables when she brought their deliveries. Beau became very fo -
Meet the Dragons

Beau is the Dragon of Legend, distantly related to the first Dragon of Legend, who stopped the first dragon-human war. He's a gold Star-class dragon, so he has pure gold draconium in his bones.0 Replies 39 weeks
When he became of an age when he could start racing (16), it also became necessary for him to choose a human, who would be the Dragon Booster. Several advanced racers tried to ride him, but he rejected every one of them - Artha Penn not quite getting the chance to be tested when Beau decided he wanted Lance's chocolate. But, that was about to change when the Dragon Eye crew tried to steal Beau. Beau chose Artha, while rescuing him from Artha's burning home, so Artha was able to become the Dragon Booster.
Beau disguises himself as a red and blue dragon to protect himself from Word and anyone else who wants the Dragon of Legend for a pet, although it seems that he can change to other colours as well, as shown by the episode 'Framed!'. He goes along with what Artha says, most of the time, and it has gotten the both of them into trouble, but he also has a great sense of humor. Now, while that's great, it has embarrassed Artha several times, and might not be so great for Artha.
Cyrano is Parmon Sean's dragon, a green Bull-class dragon. He's not made for speed, but if he needs it, he'll speed past anyone else with high-level Red Thruster Gear, of course at the expense of his draconium levels.
Cyrano is one of the less-seen dragons, even though we see his rider all the time.
Fracshun is a docile dragon, about as old as his rider Lance Penn, that being 10. He has an interesting 'logo' on his behind, just behind his star emblem. Lance has the same picture on his helmet, so whether Fracshun was born with it and Lance painted it on his helmet or it's the other way around, viewers don't know.
Fracshun is a blue Enerdy-class dragon, another one of the Draconium Colours of Balance. His scales are blue, yellow, and white, and he shares the calm personality of most blue dragons. We don't see him much.
Wyldfyr is Kitt Wonn's red Magma-class dragon. As confirmed by Rob Travalino, it's a he, not a she. He's bipedal, meaning he walks on two legs, and you when you watch him run, you can understand how he and Kitt have gotten so far in their racing career. He is mainly red with orange-red sections on his stomach, as well has a colour in between red and red-orange on his head.
The first time we see Wyldfyr is in the first episode, The Choosing, part 1, when he skids to a stop as Beau is about to try to be ridden by various elite racers. She is rejected, as are they all (and I think Wyldfyr was relieved at that), though his rider was catapulted onto Artha Penn, and so began the so-called 'fluffy' moments between Artha and Kitt. After that, we don't see as much of Wyldfyr as might be appropriate, but he's there for his rider
Decepshun is Moordryd Paynn's dragon. She's almost pure black draconium, making so that Moordryd can channel her mag energy and perform Mag Moves, but much of this is contributed to the Vysox bonemark that she absorbed in the episode Eye of the Dragon.
Decepshun is a Psi-Class Dragon with a dark purple back, neck and the top of her head and white belly, seperated by a light purple band across her sides. She, like most Psi dragons, has a very cat-like form, that being very lithe with llong legs in appearance. Her head 'extensions' are long and pointed with a semi-circle just before her jawline starts.
Tyrannis Pax
Not much is really known about this dragon, besides that he's be transformed at the Academy so he's many times bigger than most dragons. His rider is Connor Penn.
There are few times when we see the huge dragon, namely The Return of Drakkus, part 1 and 2 and Battle For the Ages
In Latin, his name means "Peacefull Tyrant." -

Moordryd is the 16 year old nemesis of Artha Penn. He has trouble finding glory in anyone's eyes, and that's because he's the bad guy. It's probable that this contributes to his bad temper and drives him on to do worse things, to teach people a lesson.0 Replies 41 weeks
In episode 11 "Pride of the Hero" it is shown that all he really is, is a man (or boy rather) that needs admiration and someone who will look for the best in him until they find it, like Lance Penn did in episode 19, "The Wraith Booster". That's when Moordryd really started to change. Before then, he was a stereotypical bad guy. But, after that episode, you can see a change in him, almost like he has begun to see exactly what will get him to admiration, and what will make him the hero. It gave a whole new depth to him, and makes you able to empathize a bit more. Surely we have all had a time when we wanted to be admired, or were jealous of someone?
Over the course of the last season and a half, Moordryd has changed, to become close to being a good guy, but still doing bad things, at least as the Shadow Booster. While the injury he gave Artha in in the beginning of the last episode aired, 'Damaged Goods', showed that he hadn't completely turned, the last few minutes showed that he was well on his way to becoming a good guy when he saved Artha from the wraith dragons and let him tie the standings.
Moordryd is Artha's acclaimed rival, on the racing tracks, off the racing tracks, facing each other in battles as the Dragon and Shadow Boosters, and also due to family rifts between Connor Penn and Word Paynn. He and Artha never see eye-to-eye, and they argue very often. However, there have been times when they have been forced to work together, mostly when Artha was the Dragon Booster, and at one point in "The Wraith Booster" and "Damaged Goods" Moordryd even went as far to save Artha from Word Paynn's wraith gear and wraith dragon. Artha soon found out that Moordryd was actually the Shadow Booster, at the same time Moordryd found out about Artha. Both have agreed to keep it secret, and now hold a grudging respect for each other.
Artha lives a seemingly regular normal life, and was a seemingly regular normal teenager. He was a stable boy who played and programmed VIDDGames with his best friend Parmon Sean, argued with his little brother Lance Penn about chores, and helped his father Connor Penn run the Penn Stables.
At the time, Artha claimed he did not like dragons, and disliked Beau heavily because of this. He believed that they were a nuisance and not equal to humans, and due to this belief, he did not want anything to do with dragons, and preferred to play and program VIDDGames instead. However, soon after becoming the Dragon Booster, he gains knowledge of the aspects of how dragons are equal to humans, and how they can work together in order to prevent a dragon-human war.
Through his experience as a street racer, Artha has gained a sense of pride that he has trouble keeping in check, which ends up causing fatal problems to the people close to him, most notably Beau many times before, and Kitt Wonn. Because of the realization of these issues, Artha learns exactly how important his friends and family are, and tries to fix the error of his ways as much as possible.
Artha's middle name, Tannis, was named after the Dragon Priest that had helped Connor the most back in the Ancient Order. Artha is also frequently called the nickname "stable boy" or "stable brat" (most notably in Moordryd Paynn's case) by his friends and rivals, to his chagrin.
As the Dragon Booster, Artha is faced with the task and responsibility of protecting Dragon City from an impending dragon-human war, while stopping thieves, illegal activity and saving those who are in need of help. He has made many allies as the Dragon Booster, and has gained the hope and faith of almost all of Dragon City.
Artha first became the Dragon Booster by riding Beau in "The Choosing: Part 1" when Penn S
