Bebo has made it a priority to find and reward the most engaging new app on our platform and we enlisted social media bloggers Dave McClure, Jesse Stay, and Frank Gruber to help pick the winner and four honorable mentions.

We will be announcing the grand prize winner and honorable mentions of the contest on February 18th in San Francisco.

These Guidelines will help you create your application to provide an engaging and safe experience for our users.

By September 4, 2008 all applications on the Bebo Platform must comply with these Guidelines. Please review the Guidelines and make any necessary modifications to your applications before September 4, 2008. Failure to comply with these Guidelines after September 4, 2008 may result in any of the actions outlined in the “Possible Actions” section of the Guidelines.

Also, since we our constantly talking to developers and users and listening to their ideas for improvement, it is likely that we will add to these Guidelines in the future.
