	You Had Me At "Hey" 8 - "Okay... so I have a major problemo"
	Chapter 8 I woke up with my mind racing from the previous night. The whole "I love you" thing was running through my head. What the hell was I supposed to do? After getting washed and dressed, I ran out of my house almost forgetting to lock it. Skipping breakfast was a first for me, but sometimes things have just got to be left. I clambered onto the school bus, for the first time in my life because I wanted to get to school as fast as possible, "Suki?" I looked up from my seat and saw Maria walking towards me, with a puzzled look on her face, "What you doing here?" she asked, placing herself next to me, "Okay... so I have a major problemo," I said, extracting the pink envelope from my messenger bag and handing it to her, "Never mind this first... how was your date?" she asked, eagerly. I chuckled and immediately relayed the details to her, "Aww, that is so romantic," she sighed, with a small smile playing at her lips, "Okay, so this problem," she pulled out the card and opened it. After quickly scanning it, her eyes widened in shock, "Oh my gosh, Suki! I knew it he loved you!!!" she squealed, after giving me back the card. I rose an eyebrow at her, she shrugged nonchalantly, "I didn't say anything because I wanted you to get over him," she said, picking at her nails, "I mean anyone could see he really liked you, and I mean really liked you, but he was bit stupid not to do anything about it... don't you think?" she continued, looking me straight in the eye, "So, what do I do?" I asked, nervously. I have never been in a situation like this, "Let the pieces fall were they may, dearie," Maria said, before standing up and getting off the bus. I looked up from the book I was reading and spied Aidan looking at me. I put my iPod on hold from the song I was listening to, But It's Better If You Do by Panic! at The Disco, and looked up at him questioningly, "Yeah...," I said, softly not looking him in the eye, "I.. You.. I mean... DidYouGetMyCard," he said, quickly and a bit incomprehensibly, "Yeah... yeah, I did," I said, still not looking him in the eye. He sighed a bit and took a seat beside me, "I meant what I wrote you know," he whispered, so only I could hear him in the busy hallway, "Yeah." I said, playing with my fingers, "Suki, look at me," he said, firmly. I reluctantly turned to meet his eye and immediately regretted it. He looks completely blew me away, his emerald green eyes sparkled with sorrow and his jaw was set determinedly. His hair was slightly ruffled and he reached to brush my cheek. I turned it away and stared at my feet, "Suki... I--," his voice broke and looked at him and saw his head his hands, "A--" I started but was interrupted, "AIDAN?" I looked up and saw Teri looking at us with a look of pure hatred. I quickly stood up and walked away, not wanting to be apart of the argument that I felt coming up. "Hey, Suki... we need to talk," I turned around and saw Michael standing behind me, his hand shoved in his pockets, "Yeah?" I asked, tucking a piece of hair behind my ear, "Listen, I don't want to hurt your feelings... but I think it would be better if we just stayed friends," he said, not looking at me, "Oh Michael, it's okay I understand," I said, meaning it. He looked up and smiled thankfully at me before giving me one last sweet kiss. And it felt as if a weight had been lifted from my shoulders ~.~ "SUKI!" I looked up at the sky and sighed heavily. It seemed as though everyone wanted me these days. I swiveled around and came face to face with Aidan, "Aidan..." but I was cut off by a pair of lips on mine. I felt fireworks explode and... then I came to my senses and pushed him away, "Aidan... I ... you have a girlfriend," I said angrily, crossing my arms, "I dumped her," he said, reaching to hold my hands but I took a step back, "You what?" I asked, raising my eyebrows, "I dumped her," he said again, as if I was incapable of understanding, "You dumped her?" I said, then it clicked, "I will NOT be you're fricking rebound girl Aidan," I said, glaring at him. He looked surprised at what I said, "You would NEVER be my rebound girl, you are so much more that Suki... you gotta understand!" he pleaded with me, "What I understand is that just because you dumped Teri, you think I will come running to you. Well I most certainly will not, I am NOT like that," I said, defiant in what I was saying. I felt rain start to pour but ignored it and started to walk away, only to be caught by the arm by Aidan, "Suki... I LOVE YOU DAMNIT!" he shouted, above the pelting rain, "I don't think this could work, Aidan," I said, turning to face him. He pulled me closer and looked me in my eye with the most sincere look ever, "We can make this work," he whispered. I sighed and knew he was right. It was like we were meant to be together, we fitted well. Like two pieces of a puzzle. And then we kissing like it was the last kiss we going to give each other. In the rain. How cliché. Teri's P.O.V. I watched from my place as Aidan and Suki kissed. My blood boiled with anger. How dare she... she flipping stole him away from me. That little... She will so get what is coming to her... I smiled evilly as I ran all the way home. Suki's P.O.V. 4 weeks later "HAPPY ONE MONTH ANNIVERSARY!!" I screamed happily to Aidan, "Here ya go," I handed over the teddy I had gotten him and watched as he smiled at me. He looked sort of sad today, not his usual upbeat self, "What's the matter?" I asked, placing my hand on his arm, "Suki..." he said, taking a deep breathe, "I'm moving," Wait... what?!
