	Beggars

	Although there is a lot of culture difference between China and Britain. But, in the street, in the corner, a view is nearly the same. In China, we walk across; we always see the view like this: some Beggar sits in dark and begs for mercy, they always reach out, feign the disabled person, and ask for money and food. In my memory, the first time I came to London, Birmingham, also some beggars poorly stay in the darkness to wait the people’s alms for them. About beggar, I think about a lot .In one hand ,Some of them write his lamentable, but fabricated story on a paper; some of them (of course not include the street-artist), sing their uncivil songs, let the people to pay attention for him, of course, some of them, cry ugly and loud. That is similar in my own country; they are unfortunate, and indolent. They have no the inferiority complex, and don’t want to make their own living, I think it is their own enemy. They are strong enough to have a job; also they can earn their own living well, why they want to live in this kind of sordid way? Why they want to abandon themselves to despair? In other hand, Beggar let me shocked, and one thing of disappear, that is the government, and they don’t pay attention to it any more! Why they don’t want to dispose it? It is a very serious problem for the community. Also, the beggar, they haven’t enough ability to have their own life; they will do anything they want, for bread. Robbing, stealing, even bust-up, abduct…especially in the evening, and sometimes, the people, whosesoever they are native person or foreigner, whosesoever they stay at home, or out for business, will get afraid. Indeed the 《new concept English》, the famous beggar, Percy Buttons, also made the protagonist afraid, my god! I don’t understand, there are so many beggars in Britain, but, the officials don’t care about their life, jeopardize any more, they still go on to indulgent them! Difference with China, too many people in China , my government have no enough money to do, however, here, the developed country has strong power to get everything eutaxy, also the problems of beggar. Here everybody should be ensure to live better, get food to eat, get house to sleep, have chance to learn and to work. If so, in British Empire, why are there still beggars on the street?
