The clock ticks life away
 
Things are changing
to quickly to stop.
We move forwards passing time.
All i see is actors
putting on their smiles,
pretending things are fine.
The streets crouded
with bushes of foil
and sprouting gum.
Rainbow stallions race
down winding rivers of black,
past towering stone giants
guarding hidden secrets,
surrounded by a hazy mist,
shrouding this land in shadow.
As though trying to hide it,
trying to forget.
