|Making yourself feel better...|
|If you've ever been in a bit of a fight you'll realise at the time it doesnt hurt when you get punched in the eye 12 times, howeer once you've stopped and people crowd around asking how are you, you begina to feel your eye throbbing and your face puffing up, you then see it when you couldn't see it before. |
This is the reaction of your mind working with the physical state, however were it up to your physical body you will just leave it and not think about it again. However your mind is constantly reminding you of this physical damage which is making you feel it, whilst your body is trying to repair itself.
The work of repair can be held back though by your mind, the more you think about the pain the more it will hurt, the more you will notice you can do things.
im sure many people have cut themselves with out realising it, you just so happen to of cut your finger and not seen it, you pick up a pen and begin to write, a friend points to your finger and ask's what youv'e done, you put the pen down and look at the blood, when you come to pick your pen back up you can feel the skin around the cut pulling, you put the pen back down totaly convinced you are totaly un able to write.
This is the brains reaction to a physical injury.
Mental pains are the same. you can spend all day in bed feeling sorry for yourself and crying into your pillow and after a while you forget why you are unhappy you just know that you are. The mind sets itself into this unhappy state and nothing can pull itself out of it, except itself.
So many people feel depresesd for no reason other than they feel down, however having been in this situation several times you've got to stop looking at the bad which you've been doing for the last 2 weeks and just think of all the good things. Its a wonder why such a simple cure is never thought of.
I have a theory that these ant-depresents are not changing any thing physically nor that much mentally but the fact you take them makes the patient feel better becuase its been led to believe so, the physical action of swallowing something which you believe will cure you, it works. I have done a sort of test on this a little experiment with myself.
I was incredibly sad, to say the least, I began to take these blank tablets, which cure rash or something, but i convinced myself and told myself they would make me feel happyer, after a week i was back at school and feelin so much better.
A quick thing to remember,
To feel better, you have to act better, and be better....
get up, and move around then think to yourself so much that you believe you are better, and suprise suprise you will be
Maybe I should be a doctor....
