Chocolate Cake
 
Ingredients
Cake:
3 ozs flour
2 ozs chocolate powder
1 oz semolina
4 ozs margarine
3 ozs sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs

Filling:
3 ozs margarine
2 ozs icing sugar
1 dessertspoon syrup
2 ozs chocolate

Icing:
3 ozs icing sugar
1½ ozs chocolate powder
little boiling water
nut of margarine

Directions
For cake:
Cream margarine and sugar.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat one egg into cream.
Add half mixture.
Repeat.
Bake in at 170°C for 20/30 minutes.


For filling:
Cream margarine and icing sugar.
Add melted syrup and chocolate.


For icing:
Sift icing sugar adn chocolate powder.
Add little boiling water.
Beat in nut of margarine.
