Samoa Tsunami Relief Concert49 jours il y a
 
After the tragic events in Samoa last week, a group of top New Zealand entertainers have rallied together for a massive benefit concert on Monday 19th October 2009 at the Vector Arena in Auckland.
When the Tsunami hit Samoa last week, it personally affected Scribe and Savage who lost their family villages and family members in the disaster. Along with Dawn Raid, Oscar Kightley and Ole Maiava, they rapidly organized a dream line up of top NZ musicians who had no hesitation in donating their performances to this worthy cause.
All businesses, personnel and artists have given their services for free, therefore 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Samoa.

I Will be there no doubt My mate lost some family in this tragic event so i will definitely be there. My condolences Go out not only to the Celebrity's who lost there loved ones but to all the people who lost someone in this very sad and tragic event.

Hi all,

I'm looking for entertainers/performers to volunteer and support a fundraiser concert this coming Saturday 10 October starting at approximately 1pm at the Ericcson Stadium, Penrose, Auckland.

If you are keen to be a part of the entertainment programme to support the Tsunami 2009 Relief Appeal please email through all your details to Petrina George at pgeorge@apra.com.au or contact Petrina on (027) 2451898 ASAP so we can get the ball rolling.

This event is being spearheaded by Rueben Wiki, Mark Goshe & NZ Rugby League. The concert is being co-ordinated by the Pacific Music Awards Trust.

I wish I could make it but being on the other side of australia it's hard to get back there is there another way we can send our support and donations.... Where I live in kalgoorlie most of the population here are eithe Samoan or Maori and a few Tongan families I'm sure if we had a way to support the cause we would but gathering together at or church is the best way we can think possible sending or support in pray.... Well big ups to the performers that have got together for our brothers and sister in the islands of Samoa much Aroha
