	Healthy Eating! Last night Anthony was preparing his gourmet version of spag bol. Here he is with his FRESH ingredients, including mince, chopped onions and green pepper. It's always a bit of a trial for me to go round to see him and Chelsey in the evening, as I don't get home to eat till after I've seen them, because there are usually mouth-watering smells wafting out of their kitchen.
