 Subway sack young worker while she was 5 months pregnant. Subway sacked Natalia Syzmanska under spurious health and safety grounds that didn't stand up under appeal. An online petition has been launched to put pressure on Subway. http://www.petitiononline.com/subway... The actions of Subway in sacking a worker who would have been looking for maternity leave is a disgrace that cannot be ignored.
