The traveler he comes to seek and kill and destroy in your life his methods he tries to employ. He plays on your desires and fears; He will play on your long nights with many tears. He will play on your weakness and even strengths. He?s cunning and sly, With a smile and wink he will try to get you to buy. He will present you with desire. Surely he says it will not hurt you.

Down this road, this narrow way, is assured that you will meet this traveler. He will tell you there is another way. He will tell you don?t have to walk this straight and narrow way. ?Come on, I have a better way.? But be warned that he will lead you astray, and his purpose is to take you off the narrow way. He will not tell you of all the pain his product brings, he won?t tell you of broken homes and broken hearts and broken drems. He will not tell you of emptiness. He will only tell you the pleasure, but that will last only for a season. He will lead you down the path of destruction and pain. In the End all you will be left with is guilt and shame.

An empty shell of a person, who once was, he fell into the traveler trap, this cunning salesman. The Customer gained the whole world but lost his whole soul. He fell into the lie that there was another way. He began to walk of the path of the straight and narrow way. Decided that there was another way. He thought that he could have the whole world and God too. But he never came to realize that this could not be true.

One Night Death came knocking on the door. In sin he lay. The angles came and took him away. Up to heaven he went, the book of life was open before him. To his surprise and his dismay his name did not appear. What? He said, how could my name not be here. I went to church and maybe sometimes I even prayed. I helped the poor, and fed the hungry. God said to him, ?I once knew you, when you walked down that straight and narrow way.
But down the road the traveler you met, His sin you did buy. You got deviced and thought you could have the world and me too. You had a form of godliness but denied the power thereof. Depart from me ye worker of iniquity.? He realized then when it was to late that there was just one way to the pearly gate.
So pilgrim be warned that as you walk down this straight and narrow way the traveler you will meet. He will make his product look oh so great, oh so sweet. But don?t buy, turn him down. Walk the other way stay. Keep on the path.
