	Magic Information OK, I'm doing a short summary of magic in the world of Princess Lupato. Firstly, There are 4 types of Magic, Faith, Hope, Loathe and Hate. Each type has it's own element, which is controlled by one person. (The master of that element) Faith - Water Hope - Wind Loathe - Fire Hate - Earth Each element is strong against one, and weak against one. (Arrows point to the weaker element) Water --> Fire ^................| |................v Wind<--Earth The magical ranks are: 1. High Sorcerer 2. Medium Sorcerer 3. Sorcerer 4. High Level Magician 5. Medium Level Magician 6. Low Level Magician 7. Underqualified Magician 8. Non-Magical Human Note: To raise through the ranks, the magician must pass a test for each, but The High Sorcerer rank can only be presented by a King, or another High Sorcerer. Magical Law says that a magician may not perform spell of a higher rank than themselves. The exception to this rule is that if a magician who is on or above the rank of the spell (and is able to perform the spell themselves) is present, then the lower level magician may perform the spell with the permission of the higher ranked magician. Spell ranks are below, as are the Ranks of each sorcerer revealed so far. Spells: Faith Flight - Level 1 Change - Level 6 Levitation - Level 4 Water - [Elemental spell, unranked] Hope Speed - Level 4 Wind - [Elemental spell, unranked] Loathe Shield - Level 5 Fire - [Elemental spell, unranked] Hate Earth - [Elemental spell, unranked] Magicians: Faith Princess Lupato Karamune - Rank 1 - Defender Hal Dagal - Rank 5 Miranda Dagal - Rank 7 Makoto Hechi - Rank 4 Eulalie Metona - Rank 5 Hope Prince Yokatu Karamune - Rank 1 - Defender (Deceased) Master Keitaro Dagal* - Rank 3 - Defender Misa Avalon - Rank 5 Loathe Master Haruko - Rank 1 - Defender Khato - Rank [5+]** Mr Heiro Avalon - Rank 3 Hate Mistress Hiroko - Rank 1 - Defender ** Khato's rank is unknown, but he performed a level 5 Spell (Shield) without an observer, so he is definately above rank 5. * Keitaro Dagal is a Hope magician, but he was born into a family of Faith magicians, and passed all his tests up to level 3 as a Faith magician.
