| A Moment Alone With The Panic Bassist... | 402 jours il y a | ||
Q&A Panic at the DiscoJon Walker, Bassist with Panic at the Disco Panic at the Disco went in a new direction with its new CD "Pretty. Odd.," using live instruments and drawing upon influences like the Beatles. Bassist Jon Walker talked about the pretty odd band. Q: Talk about the differences between the new album and your debut. A: There was a four-year gap, and a lot of things have changed for us — personally and musically. The last album was just a bunch of short stories without one meaning behind the songs. Q: Would a successful rock band like Panic at the Disco actually play "Rock Band"? A: (Laughs) There's a few of us who play it, though I don't play it as much. Brandon is good at it, but I don't know if a real rock band would play "Rock Band" together. Q: What will you do now that MTV's "TRL" is going away? A: The last few times I saw "TRL" they weren't playing a lot of the music I'm into. I'm not going to miss it much. http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/ent... | |||
