	Ok Ladies & Gentlemen! Wowser what a pride parade, we may have been small but byjaysus did we shout! I can honestly say that this day goes down as one of the turning points in my life and in the life of Limerick city. I have never been so proud to march with such a brave group of ppl. While I suspected there would be no trouble,(even with the public order guards behind us :-D, who also got a laugh at the loss of the county of Cork, half of Kerry & Waterford ) I was as to be expected nervous going down for Limerick's first ever Gay Pride parade. I am even prouder of the work that Out In UL & other willing volunteers whether they wanted to be or not (Eamonn [xx],Jeffery[x],Niall[/x] etc). Also thanks to Dad for help & support and not laughing too much when the welding broke slightly ( long story :-D ) and mum cheers for turning up, it meant alot. :-D. I am proud that Limerick made such progress today & took that little step forward into the growing list of Irish cities which host pride events. (Oh and if ye see a car pulling a trailer on any of the papers 2m, its mine) Pride Photos to follow as well as the dev of the float :-D
