	Hey! how are you? we've had a good week. (well i have!) Firstly, we're going to making a flier soon that will give you a 20% discount to our merch if you come to one of our tour gigs. Also if you turn up wearing a rileys t-shirt (even if its home made!) you will receive a free tour poster! I saw billy bragg on monday night, not sure if you've heard of him, i've mentioned him on here before though. He's an absolute legend, and it was one of the best gigs i've ever been to! its always a great feeling walking out at the end, feeling great and inspired! Kate nash and badly drawn boy both joined him for a song too! was awesome! simply awesome!... ill say it again! it was AWESOME! The fitness regime is well underway. Joe and i are eating very healthily now, and have had only one take away, we shared a medium pizza! Going to the gym on sat! its a rather scary prospect! We're doing a lot of upper body work, trying to tone up! maybe a topless rileys photoshoot could be on the cards, but then we'd have to try and get martin to join us on this campaign, but he's just got a new chinchilla, so we probably won't see him for years! we're still waiting for james to give us his fitness plan, apparently its now 6 pages long, but will be a waste of time if he doesn't get it to us before the tour!
