	Finnish dark metallers AMORPHIS' latest effort, Skyforger, is now available for purchase worldwide! The album, which was released on May 29, 2009 (Europe) and June 16, 2009 (North America) is the follow-up to the Eclipse and Silent Waters albums, both of which were certified gold in the band's native Finland, was recorded at Sonic Pump Studios in Helsinki. Commented by guitarist Esa Holopainen: "Director Owe Lingvall did a great job with Silver Bride. We are very happy how the video came out and it really serves the song." The video depicts the blacksmith Ilmarinen forging a silver bride for himself. The concept for the video and idea for the lyrics was taken from a famous tale from the Kalevala, which is considered the national epic of Finland and is compiled from Finnish and Karelian folklore. The "Silver Bride" video was shot in Helsinki, Finland at Angel Film Studios (http://www.angelfilms.com/) and in Umea, Sweden at Village Road Film Studios (http://www.villageroadfilm.com/) with Helsinki Pump Production Company (http://www.helsinkipump.com/).
