	Thats me had my first appointment at the pain clinic and I love my doc! My GP had said no to expect much with being pregnant but to go to "keep me on their books" as it turned out it went very very well. He has given me my own TENS machine to use as much or as little as I need and its mine now too. Just need to figure out how to use it so it works best. Its really small so I can wear it out for appointments and stuff (when my pain is really bad). He has also recomended an early section (was having one anyway) and one the baby arrives I am to have an MRI scan and be reffered to the surgical team for treatment. All in all it was a result as when I was living in Ayr had asked about using TENS for pain relief I even didnt mind having to fork out for one but got a load hums and haws so am really hoping it makes a difference. Nevt appointment is Friday with my consultant. I am a wee bit anxous about that as my lovely Dr O has retired so this is a new consultant but am sure it will all be ok and I should be getting the date for my section. It will be a bit easier knowing I have an endpoint to work to I just hope that she decides that the physio and GP advice of a section at 3wks is too soon I would rather 35 or 36wks. Just need to wait and see now
