An area in the shopping centre was set up with tables and chairs and tea and biscuits and members of the public were encouraged to come and sit and find out about what we were doing. They could speak to the MSYP's.

The MSYP's were split into groups and each had a half an hour slot to take part in the Tea Party. We all wore black and white striped tops with Being Young is not a Crime slogan on them.

When we weren't talking to the public the MSYP's walked around the Shopping Centre giving out leaflets and key rings speaking to the people of Dunfermline.

This event seemed to be a great success and we attracted lots of attention. The people of Dunfermline who varied in age all seemed to be very keen to speak to us and find out what we were doing.

16.30 - Close, we returned to Carnegie Conference Centre.
