 Hiya!The tour that's been plagued by a potential dose of Swine Flu... Most tours consist of sweaty, boozy muso's trekking across the UK in a battered transit - our's was more about peppermint tea and the search for Tamiflu. Whoooo! Underage Festival set the tone for the week - screaming, raving and tunes! Admittedly there was none of the above at Albert Square on Monday, but we did meet sexy Dr Al. Dr Sexy gave us a tour of the set and we took this opportunity to 'borrow' some props to 'lend' to Jo whiley. Best souvenir was Rob da Bank's removal of a fake tree branch from Albert Square. Good work Robby! What about Cookstown in NI?? Foam, Cascada, foam and err, more foam were the order of the day. Shot from huge barrells out into the crowd - IBIZA VIBEZZZ!! (still light outside). Glasgow!! Flu vibes hit a new level and we headed for a super nap before dinner of chips, cheese and gravy from an 'iconic' Glaswegian chippy. Hold off on the deep fried pizza mate. Calvin Harris made 6.30pm in Glasgow feel like 4am in Creamfields. Huge crowd, huge night - Glasgow, you did us proud and even returned Annie's shoe after an unfortunate (ball-kicking) pump-flying incident.... Over and out, Grimmy x | |||
