	You can now follow me on Twitter: www.twitter.com/kapabal. I'm going to try update it on a regular basis so you can follow me wherever I go and see what I'm getting up to. The things I like about it the most is its simple, I can do it from my cell-fone & my twitter updates appear on bebo (personal page not on my bandpage unfortunately) & facebook. I've also put a twitter widget on superior4tress.com (at the top right hand side) & myspace. What is twitter?
