	My mom made up a big batch of Irish stew and soda bread for dinner the other night, complete with Guinness. Has to be one of the most satisfying, comforting meals there is. Delicious! Anyway, that's it! I didn't really have anything else to share. Just felt like writing a bit. P.S. I posted some pictures of my 'pets'. Check out Zuri! Isn't she just the sweetest cow you've ever seen? She's my baby. Raised her from a calf. She's the friendliest, gentlest bovine you could ever hope to meet. She's just like a big puppy dog!
