	This week our panel of judges put their money where their mouths were, after weeks of criticing song choices they were given the task of picking each of the contestant's songs. Leanne Moore kicked us off with Juice Newton's "Angel Of The Morning". Keith thought she gave herself a great chance of being in the final. Once again Michelle wasn't convinced and felt the first half of the performance wasn't great. While Brendan said he went into Leanne's world and it was lovely! Whatever that means! Pat Fitz was delighted with his song, Queen's "Somebody To Love", as was Michelle who felt he had a bought himself a ticket to the semi-final. While Brendan claimed he had given an exhibition of great singing. Sharon Condon performed Rogue Traders "Voodoo Child". Keith thought it was great and urged people to vote for her, Michelle said she gets excited watching her, while Brendan thought that it was great but in order to win votes she needs to soften up. The judges chose The Pretenders "Brass In Pocket" for Deirdre Archbold. Brendan thought it was good, and the reason the whole country loves her is that she is a "have a go hero"! Michelle was less cryptic in her analysis, "the country loves you and we love you!" Robyn Kavanagh closed the show with the Jackson Five's "I Want You Back". She failed to impress Keith and Michelle who both felt she needed to enjoy herself more. Brendan disagreed, claiming that not everyone is a stage school luvvie and that no other contestant would be able to sing that song. After a great performance from Atomic Kitten star, Liz Mc Clarnon, it was time to find out who would face the dreaded sing-off. Despite impressing the judges Pat and Leanne failed to impress you guys at home as they found themselves in the bottom two. Brendan had the casting vote after Keith saved Leanne and Michelle saved Pat. After a long deliberation Brendan decided to save Leanne, as he felt she was the act with more star quality. Don't forget that semi-final is this Saturday on RTÉ One at 8pm!
