	All I could make out were the following: trois heure = 3:00 michelle clore millionaire a paris la jeune femme = a young woman toyota aygo, couleur argent = gold colored toyota aygo [something] une bretagne = britain [i think they're saying it's registered in britain] i think the rest is other news talking about a vineyard owned by gerard depardieu..i dont think that's relevant to the first part.

	ok from what other people have said i think it says "the investigation of the murder of michelle clore has a lead when the allie of murderer was found at 3 o'clock driving a SILVER toyota aygo, the murderer is a young british girl who is believed to still be in Paris that's all i could figure out argent=silver or=gold

	Hey! I think, I could figure out most of the message. The voice is saying that the police caught a young woman at 3 o'clock, because they found a robe in her Toyota Aygo which is registered for England. The robe once belonged to Michelle Clore (It is "the last robe" which she wore the night she was killed) and now they see a relation between the robe and Charlie. The robe was seen last night and then it disappeared. They caught this young woman-Charlie- near Le Ducrim (or something, I don't know how to spell it correctly)... Then there are further news about a vineyard which belongs to Gerard Depardieu. I guess, they think, she's got something to do with the murder. Maybe someone told the police, he had seen Charlie with the robe and gave them the description of her car and that it's registered in England...which leads to you, guys. I hope, I could help you and you can rescue Charlie as soon as possible.

	A young lady, 23 years of age, was arrested because of being a suspect of having stolen the last work of Michelle Clore which has been there last night in Paris. The young lady was arrested this morning in a yellow Toyota Aygo which was registrated in Great Britain and which has been seen close to the place where the crime happened. (The other stuff is talking about something that has happened to Gerard Depardieu, I think it is of no importance for us). I hope I could help you with this.. Yours NVOR

	And Steve, maybe, Charlie is just interrogated. You don`t know... But maybe, she is really a suspect. If so, Charlie needs a laywer, and of course, you need to tell Jule`s story to the police. I am afraid I am not French, I might have gone there myself, but France is, at the moment, definately out of reach for me... However, you could give the French police a hint on Jule`s videos.
