We are delighted to announce that bookings have now started selling stands for the Marriott Ashbourne Wedding fair on Sunday 27th September 2009 from 1-5pm.WHAT'S NEW As a Public Relations and Event Management Company we are consistently changing to suit current trends, however the current financial climate has been the most challenging to date not only for the company but for our clients too. We’d like to thank all of last year's exhibitors who provided feedback from our fairs and as such we have incorporated this feedback and ideas into our fairs for the new season combining the ‘traditional Wedding fair’ with an ‘Entertainment Event’. LINE UP 1.00pm – Wedding fair commences - All exhibitors to be ready 2.15pm – 1st Speaker – Fitness Instructor from Clann fitness and leisure Club 2.30pm - 2nd Speaker –Day Dream Spa – Make-up for the wedding Day 2.45pm – 3rd Speaker – SPOT AVAILABLE for speaker 3.00pm – Fashion Show 4.00pm – 4th Speaker – Day Dream Spa- Demonstration on Eye lash Extensions 4.15pm – 5th Speaker – SPOT AVAILABLE for speaker 4.30pm -6th Speaker – SPOT AVAILABLE for speaker 5.00pm – Wedding fair closes for the day. ADVERTISING AND MEDIA Radio: Dublin’s 98 with a sponsorship of Drive time 2 weeks before the wedding fair Followed by a solid week of advertising spots promoting the wedding fair. Paper advertisements: North County leader – ½ page advert Gazette – across all 8 papers spanning the M50 – ½ page advert and featuring in the real life brides section Meath Echo - ½ page advert Flyers distributed by Dublin 98 and hotel to surrounding areas Posted on the “What’s on” section of county papers Other: Signage posted on the roundabout Blogging on all Wedding websites, posted on Twitter and Facebook Text messages to all weddings enquires in the past 2/3 months ANSWERS TO GENERAL QUESTIONS How many Exhibitors are expected? Over 20 but only three categories per fair, however we would usually only have one of each. Who are the organisers? How much is a stand? Rates start from €150 & VAT, see booking form attached for details. What comes with the stand? * Table with linen and two chairs. * Company details on the Customer Information Leaflet handed out to every couple on the day * Company Special offers on big screen & Press Release * Photographs of your stand on the day for your own promotional use post fair. How do I secure a stand? Please complete the booking form and forward with full payment to The Event Angels Ltd, Ovidstown, Straffan, Co. Kildare to confirm your stand. Is there a discount if we exhibit at more than one fair? Yes there is a discount on your total balance for more than one fair see booking form for details. Will there be limited numbers of each category of suppliers? Yes the limit is three of suppliers within a category. Competition is good and there is plenty of business for everyone. | |||
