	Today I thought it would be great for a Doggy play-date, with Sonni my boy and my friends dog Charlie the golden retriever... All ended in disaster with one very sore Sonni... So Sonni and I power walk to Inga's(My friend) was pre-arranged last night over dinner... Both in an excited good mood, he was doin' swell not pulling not being a stubborn shit... just walked along smoothly. So we got there, Inga brought Charlie(Golden Retriever), out onto the footpath, stupid to do it in Charlies territory his backyard... we chatted, Sonni and Charlie eyed each other off and that was the end of even them being a near one another. I was saying I'll catch you later, maybe tomorrow or somethin,I'm sorry blah blah blah meanwhile my back slightly turned to Inga with Sonni's head in my leg so he couldn't make eye contact with Charlie anymore and I was rubbing his ears. Charlie lunged toward us, was so unexpected for Inga he ripped her forward and it looked like charlie was coming for me. So popped from out behind me, Charlie went for Sonni and that's it it was on, Sonni went for Charlie and Charlie grabbed his front right leg and munched down... I grabbed charlies back legs and pulled him back (NEVER GRAB A DOG BY THE SCRUFF WHEN THEY ARE FIGHTING) so I was pulling Charlie backwards, and my fellow boxer lovers no what boxers are bred for, bull, bear & boar fighting Sonni's natural extincts took over... He jumped on charlies back and grabbed the back of his throat, I grabbed Sonni's back legs and swung him away... There was a 2 year old watching and I really didnt want her to see her dog being killed and I didn't want to see or for that to happen at all myself.. Sonni was away and had stopped he was looking at me like oh no mum !! just sitting there... Charlie went for him again grabbed his other leg and again i grabbed his back legs... he let go Inga dragged him away and I immediately checked over my baby thought he dislocated his front leg at one point... That didn't happen thank god !!! Inga came back out and was crying and saying sorry, and I was just like GIRL don't worry he's ok it happens dogs dislike each other and fight, don't worry Sonni's ok... we found teeth puncture marks all over his legs and they are deep... I rung my dad to come and get me... he did, we got straight home i cleaned his wounds out and put some disinfectant anti bacterial stuff on his wounds, and bandaged him up until tomorrow when Andrew and I can see a vet !! It wasn't a very nice fight at all, Charlie is fine by the way everyone I've just bruised his back paw by grabbing it and pulling him... I'd rather that then 2 dead or seriously injured dogs !!! I feel so bad, and angry at myself even though I know it's no ones fault and sometimes unfortunately that stuff happens... I didn't cry after the fight I only cried a couple hours later when I was washing his wounds again and I could tell he was in pain and he was limping and his poor face !!! Mums like Jade why are you crying, My baby is in pain and he's hurt... lolol !!
