	OBITUARY - Gerry McKinney died 03 January 2009	333 giorni fa
	Life can deal such cruel blows when least expected. Following a phone call on Friday evening to advise that Gerry was in hospital a second call advised that he was not expected to last the night. A dash to his bedside by the family in the hope that he would pull through was to be in vain. Gerry passed away at 12:02am 03/01/09 surrounded by his loving family. Its not as if Gerry was ill - well not that we were aware of, but had been a bit low for a few weeks. He walked into A&E in the early hours of 2nd and was admitted to a ward. A few short hours later he was gone. Gerry was not someone we saw often, but one of those guys who could be called "one of lifes good guys". A quiet, unassuming individual with a great passion for the 'tic. Rest in peace
