	Two canny school boys have raised over £150 when they set their own wheels in motion for a sponsored skate at their local Skaters Club recently in aid of the Year 10 Lourdes Fund and the The Handicap Childrens Pilgrim Trust. Danny and Callum completed a grueling 100 laps of the main hall at South Moorlands leisure Centre (Stoke) as part of a funraising homework task. Each student was given £1 and asked to use their skills and talents to raise as much money as possible with it in just one week. After pooling their money the pair approached their local Skaters Club and were given permission to raise the money during the clubs Saturday night session. The boys collected money in buckets as they were skating around and people were really generous.
