	Monday 8th October and it was time for the ladies of Plus to get together and rehearse. It has been a few weeks since we were last together, and we were all naturally very excited! It was lovely to see the ladies looking gorgeous and very relaxed ahead of our long day in rehearsal. We had much to chat about and as always there were jokes flying around before we got down to the serious business of singing. The plan for the day was to listen to the finished tracks and run through them with live vocals and dance steps. We were all seriously impressed with the end result from our two days spent recording in the studio. The first track is an uptempo one so dancing to this one was great fun and we all got into it very quickly. We all had to make sure we knew where to come in which meant listening to the track a few times over until we were all familiar with it. After dancing energetically we became rather hot and took a break for a drink. Water had never tasted so good! It was time for us to run through the second track. This track has an entirely different feel to the first and required a change in direction with the choreography. It was hard work switching styles and the transition took some time to get used to. We tried various dance moves to find the best steps to suit the track which involved much discussion. By 3 0 clock the rehearsals were in full swing and we were really getting into our stride. Although it was boiling hot under the lights and vocally challenging I feel the day was a success and now we are definitely more prepared for our live show! My sister, Sheila who is a make-up artist was on hand to give the girls each a sassy evening look. Stacey and Kate loved their smokey eyes! We rounded off the day by having a lovely lunch together in a local bar. We were keen to talk about the day's events and future plans for the band which includes the making of our video. The mood was upbeat and we were all looking forward to our next endeavour! Until the next time....Love from Plus...xxxxx
