	Kia Ora Koutou The BGI Spinks Youth Café Project will be taking an appeal to the environments court in 2008. Yay! This is our last avenue to fully have the projects merits and the voice of young people heard in a relevant and non-tokenistic way. The appeal hearing is scheduled for Feb at this point and the Environments court will confirm the exact date when they have confirmed their court schedule. We a new lawyer Tom Bennion. Who will be taking over from Jim Lynch. We are also thankful to Jim for all his hard work and for setting the case up in a good position to go forward. If you spoke or gave any evidence at the hearing can you send it through to me. We need it by Dec 10th so we can sit down with Tom and prepare the case and make any last minute adjustments. · And can you let me know if you are available around the hearing time i.e. Feb 2008. You are all integral to this appeal so we need to make sure you are available. Awesome, so onwards and upwards everyone! Feb 2008 is the our time to shine so lets all do our best to make this project work for the young people of Wellington.
