	I have shot the wildfowl	314 weeks ago
	I have shot the wildfowl On the essex marsh at night Speared the mighty samon In Devon Waters bright Brought down the long tailed pheasant Near Norfolks windy shore Hooked the Irish trout Hunted the German Boar Fired so many guns Of a different bore All these things I once done But wont do any more Soon i will be gone Leaving little to trace Slumber not game keeper For another will take my place Thats the way life goes Make what laws you might While there is a calling Men will walk by night (By Derek Fitch 1999 RIP)
