	It is the G-est of G-rated TV series in America, but the DVD version of "Little House on the Prairie" has been banned for the children of Finland, Reuters tells us. Reason: NBC's Universal Pictures didn't want to pay state inspectors $2.57 a minute to review and rate the series, which ran from 1974 to 1983. There were 203, 45-minute-long episodes, so that works out to $23,476.95. (Last year, NBC Universal generated $15.4 billion in revenue.) Because Universal would not submit to review, the DVD must now carry a sticker stating "Banned for under-18s."
