 There seems to be an awful lot of people having problems with Assassins Creed, freezing and frame rate issues, well there is a fix you'll be glad to know, and its an easy one, all you have to do is disable the information board, press triangle on it and disable it and these problems should go away. | This acctually works, I always have my PS3 connected to the Internet so its always online. I turned it off, and I had no freezing problems or frmae rate probz. | ||||

| First off, fuc* Noobisoft for giving us a buggy-ass game. Second, I'm happy this works for you guys. Ifinished the game around 4 this morning and I'm planning on getting a refund of my money back. It's an awesome game but to make users try to make it a great experience is bullshit. Ubisoft should have sorted this out in their playtesting, all I can say is fuc* 'em. The released a gr8 game nut with loads of issues! Has anyone on here finished it yet? | ||||

| Yeah I've had the freezing problem, my player was riding a horse and him and the horse completely froze, yet everything around us was still moving and I could still move the camera, I selected to quit the game and go back to the XMB but my PS3 decided to restart itself instead. I already had the information bar disabled so I'm guessing its more likely that you need to be signed out of the playstation network in order to avoid this issue. | ||||

i startd playn it at 1 on friday didnt stop untill 10 coz i was hungry den playd it from around half 11 till 3 o clock den playd it at around 12 on saturday and took about a 2 hour break 4 dinnear and stuff and playd it till 10 and i finishd it den i bet i could do it in a day now! | ||||

 it freezes when i was talking to the girl in the lab went in his bedroom the door shut cudnt get out and also the room where it turns blue (b4 u play it) it crahes there aswell ! | ||||

| Just an update to my post earlier: These issues still exist, I've been in direct contact with Ubisoft technical support in the UK and we've been working together to find out exactly what is causing the issue. We have not found a fix but we do know the following are not permanent fixes: 1. Turning off the information bar 2. Signing out of the Playstation Network 3. Running at 576p 4. Running at 720p 5. Running at 1080p Although the game is 720p maximum it is possible to force the PS3 to upscale by customising your display settings so it thinks 720p is not possible. So none of the above stop the freezing bug. | ||||

 well it seems to help some people out including me, so if it helps it helps, if it doesnt... well ive tried, but if it is the information bar plus the psn network that are causing the problems then i highly doubt ubisoft would tell you that, they are just not going to say that thats the problem even if it is, kind of like the rrod was microsofts own fault, but they never admitted until recently, whats going to happen is that sony will release an update with a fix and it will be forgotten about. | ||||

 My PS3 isn't online because there's no internet at the house I'm at. When I get to a viewpoint and syncronise while the camera rotates round the tower the screen get's choppy. This is the only issue I've had and I'm running v2.0. (which I downloaded elsewhere and wrote to CD) | ||||
