 hello,jos found this link on a friends site and thought i would get the ball rolling on this comments box well i haven been to corrymeela for quite awhile now but i have been on plenty of residentals, infact at one stage there was'nt a year going by that my family and i wouldnt miss going up at least three times a year.my father is a member of the corrymeel group and he still does conferences there and has made many great friends throw the organization.maybe you no of him big Jon Mc Court.proper gentleman.my memories are of the old huse,it was huge,when i was a child there was many times that i got lost in it.i remember ringing the big bell in the mornings to try getting everyone for there breastfast,thinking back on it i must have brave cos im surprised that no one came out and ding donged my brain do they still do that.lolmy child hood is packed of fun memories of corrymeela of going whe my family and with clubs its an experience that everyone shud get to be a part of.tonya |
