Roll the head, hump the floor and jump up – legs should be straight
Side slide using each arm

Side step for 4, change direction
Side step for 4
Feeling it and come down pole
Slap bum/or other provocative thing 
Sunbather
Roll the legs (knees together) crawl up to standing

Climb the pole
Air guitar
Hang tough

Walk away from pole for 3, arm dance?? Walk backwards to the pole, wiggle down the pole, open legs
Freestyle
Suggestions: special K, upside down, forward swan – can be combined with balancer, feeling it more and humping the floor etc
