	THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED IN ALL RESPECTS BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST: The 2008 Hasbro Bop It Extreme 2 Competition (the "Contest") is a promotion whereby fans are invited to play the Bop It online Bebo application in order to achieve a high score. 2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, play the Bop It online application game in order to gain a score. The contestants score will be saved and recorded and ranked in accordance to other contestants. High scores will be saved and recorded with the contestant with the highest score at the end of the competition being declared winner. 3. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to any natural persons who are legal residents of the United Kingdom & EIRE and are over the age of 13. Entrants under the age of 16 will need to get the written permission of their parent or guardian to enter this competition, as the parent or guardian of Entrants under the age of 16 will need to sign parental consent form before the Entrant can enter this competition. Employees of Hasbro or Bebo, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and assigns, and their immediate family members (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their spouses) as well as individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. 4. SELECTION OF AWARD RECIPIENTS: The closing date for entries will be the 17th December 2008. After this date, no score recorded will be eligible for the draw. The contestant with the highest score achieved from playing the Bop It online application game by midnight (24:00) on the 17th December, 2008, will be declared the grand winner. The 10 runner ups will be chosen based on their scores as ranked at the end of the competition on the leader board. The winners will be announced by Bebo on the 19th December 2008 on its website and will be there until December 31, 2008. After this you will not be able to obtain a list of the winners. The winners will be contacted by Bebo through Bebo mail to request personal contact details which will be forwarded to Hasbro UK limited for the fulfilment of the prizes. All decisions of Bebo’s screening panel are final. The prizes will have been sent out to the winners by Bebo or Hasbro by 31st January 2009 at the latest 5.THE PRIZES: There will be one grand prize winner who will receive a prize of £250.00 cheque. There will be 10 runners up who will each receive a Cosmic Catch (worth £24.99 RRP) and Bop it Download (worth £29.99 RRP). These prizes are non-negotiable and there will be no cash alternative. Please note the prizes are awarded per film or photo – not per the amount of people involved in the making of the film or photo. Also, we reiterate that multiple entries by the same person does not amount to that person receiving more than one prize. Bebo reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of an equivalent value should the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize(s) or parental consent is not given, then Bebo reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant. 6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, contestants will be disqualified at Bebo’s discretion. By entering, entrants permit Bebo to use entrants' Films in marketing/advertising materials without limitation. By entering, entrants also agree to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Hasbro and Bebo,their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities, or acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any award received herein, unless the law prohibits otherwise. You agree to your personal information being used by Bebo and/or Hasbro UK Limited for fulfilment of the prize and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to Bebo to publish your name and city of residence on this website as a list of winners as stated in 4 above. 7. INTERNET DISCLAIMER: Bebo / Hasbro assumes no responsibility for technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connection or for garbled computer transmissions. If for any reason, the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Bebo/Hasbro which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Contest, Bebo/Hasbro reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and distribute awards from among all Entries received prior to action taken by Hasbro. Bebo/Hasbro assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Entries. Bebo / Hasbro is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by bebo / Hasbro on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. If for any reason your Entry cannot be viewed or is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures, Bebo / Hasbro assumes no responsibility. Bebo / Hasbro is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
