	My first ever completed song!!! One day i'll be in a big rock band... untill then i'll just write stuff down. Well here goes... Waking From A Broken Heart It's taken some time to realise, that i was completly mesmerised And it's taken time for my heart to recover, i'm still trying to make it better Creating hope without an answer A message sent, but no reply And now I wake in a sweat Was it dream or nightmare? My life a mess, broke in pieces Shattered like fist through glass Pick myself up off this cracked earth Put the puzzle back together Waking from a broken heart Face of an angel Curves of the devil Perfect with no doubt Yet can't touch like kryptonite Poison to the touch Rule twice broken Third times a charm That'll never happen She's been taken this whole time And now I wake in a sweat Was it dream or nightmare? My life a mess, broke in pieces Shattered like fist through glass Pick myself up off this scorched earth Put the puzzle back together Waking from a broken heart Throw away all sense of notion Throw away all sanity Lose all feeling in this creation I am left incomplete So here I am left to pick up the pieces Puzzle left unsolved Waking from a broken heart
