	It's about time we posted a blog here just to let you know what's happened with the band recently. Unfortunately the Dardanelles have ceased to exist in its current form. It was decided that it would be best to disband and for each of us to take stock of what we want /if we want, musically in the future. A lot of time and effort goes into maintaining a band, to keep it going. And although it's a lot of fun, it can be quite tough mentally and physically, on top of everything else that goes on outside the band. I'm sure we'll all have something to do with music in the future to some extent but for the Dardanelles we feel it is time to call it a day. Thanks to everyone for your support, it is greatly appreciated. If there are any updates of any members musically we'll be sure to let you know here. All the best, Cathal & Ronan, Dave & Kevin.
