| I think everyone should read this little snippit of what I believe to be entertainment. | 268 weeks ago | ||
![]() People these days really amaze me. Lauren and I were innocently scooter-riding down William Street. All of a sudden, a bunch of kids appeared and pretty much covered the entire footpath, creating a barricade with the aim of preventing us to continue on our joy-ride down the street. They began calling us names I didn't know the meaning of and threatening to push us off our scooters. Me, thinking they were only kidding, continued on my jolly way, and I managed to find a tiny gap in the pack to squeeze through. The first one I passed pretended to push me, but didn't go through with it. I wasn't so lucky the second time. Just as I thought I'd successfully passed them, out pops this little 12 year old girl, pushing me in to 3 otto bins. Being the talented scooter-rider that I am, maintained my balance. I was too scared to look back to see if Lauren had made it through okay. I took a quick glance and saw her going scootering the fastest I'd ever seen her go. She soon caught up to me as we bolted to the end of the street, as far away as we could get. I couldn't control my laughter as I was in disbelief/tried to comprehend what had just happened. Then Lauren, also red-faced from laughter, blurts out that they kicked her in the ribs. Who the hell does that to complete strangers and with no motive whatsoever? What's bathurst coming to when people can't even ride their scooters without being targeted and attacked by a bunch of creeps. I've planned to run them down that'll be something to really laugh about... little brats. | |||
